Accident and Personal Injury – this includes a large variety of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death matters, and slip and fall cases, in addition to other matters where the client has sustained personal injury at the fault of another.

Criminal Defense and Traffic Matters – this area includes defending clients who have been arrested and charged with felonies, misdemeanors or violations of the New York State Penal Law and other laws; arrests for driving while intoxicated and the issuance of tickets for a variety of traffic violations, including speeding tickets.

Real Estate – the firm provides representation to clients who are in the process of selling or purchasing a home, business or vacant land for future development.

Wills and Estates – services range from the preparation and execution of Last Wills and Testaments to estate proceedings, whether it involves the probate of a Will or the administration of the estate of a person who died without a Will.

Medical Malpractice – cases where the client has been injured as a result of the negligence of a medical professional.

Municipal Law – litigation matters involving government, be it federal, state or local government.

Civil Rights Law – matters where a client believes his civil rights have been violated, specifically cases that are prosecuted pursuant to federal law.

Appeals – cases where a client has received a decision from a Court that he or she believes is incorrect and desires to proceed to take an appeal of that decision to a higher court.
